SEAN WILLIAMS VIDEO SERIES

A leading expert in the industry, Cohiba Brand Ambassador Sean Williams did not need my help in explaining anything about cigars.

But when that red light turns on, you have $30k worth of lights shining in your face and you’re trying to nail the same line for the 14th time in a row; it doesn’t hurt to have someone in your corner.

For the ongoing launch of Sean’s twin video series released by Cigar World and on the Cohiba YouTube and social pages, the goal was two-fold:

• The first was to tell a story about Cohiba’s new and existing cigars to be released on Cohiba’s channels.

• The second was for Sean to use his expertise to create educational video content for our sister site, Cigar World.

I worked with Sean in advance to develop a working script and major points to touch on so he didn’t have to wing it. The challenge here was not writing, it was reframing Sean’s own words to a loose script that felt genuine and unrehearsed above all else.
